By accessing or using StackSats ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services. StackSats B.V. reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
StackSats provides cryptocurrency market data, analytical models, AI-driven signals, and trade transparency tools. We publish our own trading decisions for educational and informational purposes. StackSats is a data analytics provider — we do not custody, manage, or trade assets on behalf of users.
Nothing on this Platform constitutes personalised investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or any other form of advice. All content, including signals, scores, indicators, and trade history, is provided strictly for informational purposes. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile. You can lose part or all of your invested capital. Only invest money you can afford to lose. StackSats is not responsible for any financial losses incurred as a result of using our data, signals, or any other information provided on the Platform.
Certain features require a subscription. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to share, resell, or redistribute access to the Platform or its data, including API access, without written permission from StackSats B.V.
API access is provided under your subscription tier. Rate limits and fair usage policies apply. Automated scraping, redistribution of data feeds, or excessive API calls beyond your plan limits may result in temporary or permanent suspension of access. Bearer token authentication is required for all API endpoints.
All content on the Platform — including but not limited to algorithms, analytical models, signal logic, scoring systems, design, code, and text — is the intellectual property of StackSats B.V. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without prior written consent.
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. StackSats is not liable for any losses resulting from downtime or service interruptions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, StackSats B.V. and its directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or investment capital, arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, our business interests, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.
