StackSats B.V. is a data analytics company registered in the Netherlands (KvK: 91239745). We provide cryptocurrency market analysis, signals, and trade transparency tools. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. What data we collect

Account data. When you register or subscribe, we collect your email address and, if applicable, payment-related information processed by our third-party payment provider. We do not store credit card numbers.

Usage data. We collect anonymised analytics data such as page views, session duration, and device type. IP addresses are anonymised before processing. This data cannot be traced back to individual users.

Communication data. If you contact us via email or Discord, we retain the content of those messages to provide support and improve our services.

3. Why we process your data

We process personal data for the following purposes:
